Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer invoices in QuickBooks Contractor edition. Leverage multiple data sources, including Salesforce, Excel, and Google SheetsTrack Job Costing and Work in Progress billing in QuickBooks Contractor EditionWork with Project Manager, Sales Team, and Accounting Manager to ensure customer invoicing, service delivery, and vendor billing are all handled professionally and efficientlyWork with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure invoices are professional, informative, and result in minimal questions leading to quick paymentsReview new sales contracts, set up projects in QuickBooks and SalesforceOther tasks and responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications2-3 years construction invoicing experience, preferably in QuickBooks Contractor editionFamiliarity with Job Costing, Work in Progress invoicing, AIA invoicingExperience with Purchase Orders and EstimatesExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate with Vendors, Staff, and Customers and achieve positive resultsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask and "keep cool"Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent MS Word, Intermediate ExcelHigh overall tech savvy with experience using online tools to manage processes
