Job Description An apparel warehouse/wholesale company based in Little Falls, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to: 1. Assist with administrative functions in sales and customer service 2. Set up product and account worksheets 3. Manage and organize wholesale and retail systems 4. Perform sales, production and product reports 5. Prepare invoices (Quickbooks) 6. Assist with order placements, refunds, exchanges, and other sales-related matter 7. Run electronic shipment and order systems 8. Learn and become knowledgeable about the products and services we offer 9. Provide sales support and system training for sales teams 10. Oversee inventory control and update inventory reports 11. Provide trade show support 12. Work closely with a team of warehouse staff 13. Assist with shipping paperwork and compliance We are a friendly company with multi-faceted tasks and projects. Ideal candidates must be 1. Detail-oriented 2. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills 3. Organized 4. A team player 5. Able to work under deadline pressure 6. Fast and efficient 7. Able to work well with other members as well as on his/her own Skills must include 1. Excel, Word, PowerPoint 2. Quickbooks 3.
