ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? ?* Manages the calendar of a busy Executive Vice President and their team, as needed. This includes scheduling, obtaining agendas, creating agendas, assembling and reviewing meeting materials, and assessing traveling time between meetings. ?* Answering phones for department managers, taking detailed phone messages. ?* Performs general departmental office support/duties including processing mail, handling faxes, photocopying, scanning, maintaining departmental files and records, coordinating department's inventory supply. ?* Coordinates and schedules meeting and other calendar events for anyone in the department, including conference room booking, space set-up, audio-visual needs and print materials ?* Handles all form requests and processing for items such as check requests, expense reports, human resources forms, conference attendance, etc. Makes forms available for department staff on a regular basis or upon request and handles processing to appropriate departments as needed ?* Utilizes a positive and friendly customer service tone at all times.Job Requirements ?* Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum of an Associate's Degree ?* Minimum 2 years of experience supporting upper level management/ executives ?* Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word ?* Must be comfortable working with numbers and data ?* Excellent verbal and written communication skills?
