Job DescriptionEstablished midtown Broker/Dealer seeks an administrative assistant to handle various duties in their Operations Department.The candidate will be trained and responsible for the following:- Monitoring customer account activities- Preparing daily management reports- Interacting with the clearing broker- Processing customer requests for deposits, wires- Assisting the order desk clerkRequirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in business Financial Services Industry experience a plus Written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, competent with numbers Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
