NYC based asset management firm is seeking a Administrative Receptionist to join their growing team! The ideal candidate would have between 2-5 years of Reception experience! Must have worked in Finance, Real Estate, Legal or Entertainment industries. Temp to perm OR Permanent: Temporary: $25/hr Permanent: $55,000-$65,000 Responsibilities: Sit at the front desk and answer telephones and deliver messages Manage calendars; book, coordinate and confirm meetings, client seminars, meetings, and events Coordinate light travel arrangements for Senior Executives Process expenses in Concur Manage contact bases and input contact details in Outlook and Salesforce Organize and create office files/folder labels Data entry into Salesforce and in drafting client contracts/agreements Maintain and order office supplies, equipment and furniture Requirements: Bachelor's degree a must Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong telephone skills
