The successful candidate will also provide support of varying degrees to other members of the HR Technology team. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide executive level administrative support to principals as they interface with business partners and customers up to the most senior levels within the enterpriseMaintain calendars and perform filing, photocopying and scanning for principalsScreen and respond to routine calls and correspondenceSchedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, dial in numbers for conference calls, preparing meeting materials and other logisticsPrepare Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentationsProcess procurement orders and submit system access security requests for the teamCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries and submit and track travel expense vouchersProcess vendor invoices and other general expense vouchers to ensure timely paymentManage new hire onboarding, submitting and monitoring requests for equipment, access, space and supplies Serve as backup and partner with other assistants within the department to ensure coverage during vacation and other absencesPerform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior level executives.
