Overview:The Human Resources Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department. ?The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field and at least a year or two of related administrative experience. ?A positive attitude, fast pace, and strong initiative will also go a long way in this role. ?Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to the HR OrganizationSupports HR Team with onboarding and termination processes, including preparing paperwork, processing background check/drug testing, creating/maintaining personnel files, benefit enrollment and preparation of separation packagesEnsures the HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. ?Conduct audits of personnel files and will be responsible for upkeep of filesAssist in the implementation of HR Programs that connect employees with the mission and values of the organizationPrepare regular and ad-hoc reportingAdditional administrative work when neededQualifications:College Degree is preferred with at least 1-2 years of Human Resources experienceSome Human Resources experience preferred. ?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (version 2010), with an intermediate level ability in document/spreadsheet/presentation creation. Must be above average in Excel.Detail-oriented with a strong customer service orientationInitiative to learn and apply new concepts/processes and to improve current processesAbility to provide accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and handle confidential informationAbility to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlinesAbility to work with all levels throughout the organization, including Senior ExecutivesStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsMore About Us:Are you looking for a career with an industry leader?
