Overview With a rich year history in the areas of financial planning education and investment services Ayco develops and assists in implementing holistic financial solutions to help our clients achieve their goals We believe in the power of human relationships to drive action and a career with Ayco offers an opportunity to be part of this unique culture of client service We invest in our associates care about professional development and believe in creating many paths of opportunity Through our supportive diverse and innovative environment Ayco is committed to the success of our associates Responsibilities Assist with various tax season processes including assembling scanning archiving data logging in tax returns preparing internal forms filing preparing pre tax season files processing tax files after mailing and fulfilling general administrative duties Work in a fast paced environment Heavy typing with transcription of confidential correspondence Coordinate calendars and arranging travel Direct contact with corporate executives Maintain client database and report preparation Qualifications Three years of administrative experience working with executives Transcription experience is a plus Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word Excel Windows PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to type wpm Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi task Superior written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Flexible Positive attitude
