Job Description 1. Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to: * Typing various forms of correspondence * Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc. * Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax * Recordkeeping * Maintaining files and filing systems * Taking meeting minutes * Receptionist duties * Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies 2. Performs related duties, as required. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent, required. * Prior clerical experience, required. * Typing 30 wpm, required. * Ability to communicate effectively.
