Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring in our Customer Care department. As a subset of our Customer Service team, our Customer Care Specialists work with existing customers, providing the highest level of customer service available in our industry.Responsibilities:Handle high volume of inbound customer requests while providing consistent friendly and professional serviceProcess new contracts and complete set up of accounts within our databasesInteract with various internal departments to facilitate customer requestsPerform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of managementFlexibility to work an 8 hour schedule between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:30 PMRequirements:1+ year experience in a similar role (Customer service/Inbound call center).Bachelors degree is requiredExperience with database managementAbility to multi-task within a fast-paced service environmentEffective communication and organizational skillsDemonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a teamThis position is ideal for anyone that is looking to begin their career or take it to the next level with a stable, well respected and established company.
