Many of our managers and supervisors have been promoted from entry-level positions like this one!APPLICANTS WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS WILL RECEIVE IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION:Previous Experience working for a courier or delivery service a MAJOR PLUS.High-volume TELEPHONE call center/customer service for a company providing a service.Experience working in a retail environment - furniture retail or retail home delivery a MAJOR plus.You must have ability to project a professional image to our customers while data entering delivery orders and solving problems on the telephone.Ability to work in a FAST paced call center environment.Excellent telephone communication and data entry skills.Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.We are open 7 days a week. While your shift will not regularly vary or flex, we ask that you are able to be somewhat flexible. You can expect to be asked to work a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular shift.
