DESCRIPTION: The position involves working in the community with consumers with major psychiatric disorders and/or co-occurring disorders providing linkages to community supports, assist in scheduling and keeping medical/psychiatric appointments, and educating consumers in any daily livings skills needed. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in helping profession reqiured with at least one year of experience working in a clinical setting with adults preferred. A current driver's license issued in the driver's state of residence is required. The license must be without restrictions and with all necessary endorsements appropraite to the class of vehicle being operated. The candidate must be computer literate, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have organizational skills and clinical skills.
