Previous Nursing Assistant experience and/or successful completion of two Registered Nurse accredited clinical courses and/or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program preferred. Certified in phlebotomy. Ability to read, write and speak English. Effective communication skills and basic math skills. BLS certification required, or completion of requirements for BLS certification within 90 days of hire to the unit. Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.
