Our sourcing agents need your skills to select and analyze the best opportunities for Arbie to acquire. Your goal will be to work with our teams to research current opportunities, make offers, structure deals, and generate reports of on-going projects. Arbie has created an extensive software platform for sourcing new opportunities, AND IT WORKS GREAT! The experience at Arbie is one with maximum exposure to the real estate development market. Our teams are focused and work hard. If you are someone who is interested towards having a high level of exposure, can focus and execute, and is oriented towards getting things done, keep reading. Responsibilities include:Analyze and underwrite new development/rental/distressed opportunitiesReview, analyze and recommend strategies for existing assetsPrepare and present investment materials for potential investorsPerform in-depth research and provide analysis for new target marketsDevelop and foster relationships with current investors/lenders and potential new investors/lendersCreate and expand current models to analyze new asset classesOperate our state of the art real estate acquisition softwareMinimum qualifications include:Bachelors degree.2-5 years of work experience in real estate acquisitions, finance and investment.Strong financial analysis skills.Ability to work independently.Highly motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Expert with Microsoft Office - especially Excel.Salary will be commensurate with experience Company DescriptionArbie is a place where passionate innovation, transparency, and integrity lead to breakthrough results.
