Job DescriptionWe are seeking a VP Real Estate Agent Acquisition to join our growing team! You will help the company develop strategies to better engage and communicate with real estate agents and brokers nationwide. In addition, you will build an on the ground organization across the country to directly engage and service the real estate agent community.Responsibilities:Develop strategies to engage and communicate with residential real estate agents and brokers nationwideBuild a team of inside and outside sales to drive sales of the company's lead generation technology platform to real estate agentsAccess MLS data in real timeAdvise our technology team on how to improve the consumer facing part of our businessQualifications:You must have an active real estate broker license or an ability to secure a brokers licence in CT based on your past experience (GlassHouse may be willing to help with this qualification for the right candidate).Familiarity with real estate contracts, the Multiple Listing Service structures and guidelinesAbility to build rapport with clients and travel domesticallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA desire to work in a fast moving entrepreneurial environmentCompensation:In addition to salary & benefits, equity participation will be offeredCompany DescriptionGlassHouse, Co. is a venture funded tech start up looking to dramatically improve the buyer and seller experience with residential real estate transactions.
