Plumbers - Patterson, NJ Busy company looking to hire two Journey level Plumbers with a minimum of 7 years Commercial work experience on new buildings. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: ·Assembly of tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, bolts, screws, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing and welding equipment. DWV piping and water piping. ·Experience in No Hub, PVC , Copper and Pex tubing needed. ·Detecting leaks through air or water pressure. ·Review blueprints and building codes to determine work details and procedures. Study building plans to asses materials needed for jobs. ·Experience with installation of Commercial HVAC systems also part of what we do. ·Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports. QUALIFICATIONS: ·7 years or more of commercial project work experience that can be verified. ·OSHA 10 is a plus but not required. ·Able to stand, lift, put together, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs without assistance. ·Reliable transportation ·Tools of your trade ·Verifiable references ·Committed to safety at all times ·Excellent attendance Pay Rate: Up to $35 per hour depending upon work experience.
