New York, NY Saturday, May 5 — Historic Upper Eastside Church of the Holy Trinity is offering one of the first of the year NYC block parties, “MayFair 2012.” Distinct from most other churches due to its tolerant policy allowing parishioners to bring their animal companions to church, Holy Trinity is fondly referred to as New York’s foremost “Dog-Friendly Church.” Special activities at MayFair are planned for dogs, cats and other animal companions. Gourmet Treats and Fabulous Pet Toys will be available at bargain prices; irresistible items every dog must have. A silent auction will take place for a custom portrait of some lucky owner’s animal companion painted by renowned artist Judith Gwyn Brown. Pet Horoscopes & Training Tips ... Free Doggie Biscuits ... and more will be onsite.
Live free all-day blues will be provided by by The French Cookin’ Blues Band.
